[DXBase] Unable to connet to DX Clusters with cable modem

Jim,
The type of connection makes no difference to anything in DXbase. It
doesn't even know what kind of connection you have. It just looks for
access to the net and then tries to make the login to whatever you set in
user options. So, usual troubleshooting applies. Are you connected to the
net? Are user options set correctly? Is the cluster you are trying to use
actually there and working? Gotta be one of those three.
