[DXBase] CPU Use Nears 95 Percent

Don't misinterpret my report of this problem. DXbase is a very full 
featured logging software package. I've been a very pleased customer having 
started with DXbase's DOS versions. Like all sophisticated software it is 
highly complex and few if any large complex software packages are bug 
free. There are simply too many variables in configuration, usage, 
dependencies, etc.
