[DXBase] LoTW and QSL Cards

George & All,
It's still a little early to specify what is needed in DXBase documents as 
the ARRL has not said (yet) what they want. But I am tracking my current 
"status" by simply using either the selection criteria of Cards or LoTW but 
not both. I can easily print a report and note on the page whether I had 
selected Cards or LoTW for the award screen. Don't forget, you are still 
asked whether to mark the selected records as "submitted" or not and this 
action will influence further award screening in the program.
I just submitted some cards to the ARRL a couple weeks ago and was reminded 
(again) that I did not need to submit a list of the cards. The cover sheet 
and cards were all that was required. So, I am anticipating that a future 
"paper" submission for DXCC would only really ask for a list of LoTW 
confirmations needed as you would submit the cards (not on the list) 
directly anyway. But this is simply speculation on my part and we just 
need a little more patience to see how the ARRL intends to process these 
LoTW QSLs.
As before, it is a little more elaborate for field checking cards. In that 
case, I am guessing that two separate lists are really needed. One for the 
card checker to check and sign; the other list for LoTW contacts. I don't 
envision the ARRL submission to ever want a mixed list...
George, you probably saw K1KI's note about a couple more weeks for more 
info. I guess we are all getting anxious for the "next step".
