Bill, that's both surprising and impressive. DXbase has had outdated
submission forms for a while, time for that to be updated too (but not
top urgent, Jack). Dave and co. have done yeoman work on LoTW.

George.
The new ARRL DXCC form that you can download from the DXCC desk on the
ARRL
site has a box to check if you want LoTW qsl's credited.
As I understand this from talking to Wayne and Dave, if you check this
box,
the DXCC computer will check to see if any LoTW qsl's can be credited to
your account.
Say you are missing a confirmation for a 17 meter rtty band/mode slot.
LoTW shows that you have one, they will automagically credit that
band/mode
qsl to your totals.
When they mail you the return hardcards and report, it will indicate
what
LoTW qsl's were credited to your account so you can so mark them in
DXB's
log.
When last I talked to them, this may be implemented pretty soon and they
suggested I hold off sending in my 'first of year' free submission
pending
the announcement.
I asked what would happen if I had a harcard qsl for a open band/mode
slot
and also a LoTW qsl from a different station. They said hardcard would
take
priority and you would not be charged the small fee for the transfer
from
LoTW to the submission form.
I'm betting Jack will download this new form and replace the existing
one
that DXB can print out.
