[DXBase] LoTW and QSL Cards

Not really, Jack. The summary definitely has selection buttons to
display QSL's for cards, LoTW or Both. But the QSO form does not
indicate which form of confirmation applies to each entry. I would also
like to see this, as I have a couple of entities that are--so
far--confirmed only via LoTW, but it will be a bit of a pita to search
for two callsigns in 9-10 pages of QSO Forms to find the two that are
LoTW when I send it to ARRL.

In DXbase 2004, take a look at the main menu "output", "Awards", DXCC.
