I just tried it with my log. 50K qso's, only the last few days worth not
submitted to LoTW.
I used the same two items in the process, Valid for DXCC and No LoTW
Submitted.
I exported as a report and it worked properly finding the qso's as yet not
submitted.
I don't know what to tell you.
Perhaps you had a improper shut down and need to "initialize".

Subject: [DXBase] LOTW Selection
Have submitted 25,000 records to LOTW without a hitch. However, it now seems
to be broken. Using the Selection Wizard with the filter set to "Valid for
DXCC" and "No LOTW submitted", Dxbase is apparantly not selecting any
records, even though I have quite a few QSO's that have not been sent to the
ARRL and are not marked in the QSLs field.
Since this usually works, guess there must be something I'm missing here,
grateful for any guidance.
