[DXBase] internet cluster window

Systom monitor is well known for giving erroneous values for
CPU usage. All other system monitor values are OK.
Try either:
Wintop from the old kernel toys. Do not load anything other than Wintop.
OR
TaskInfo. A superb program with lots of task information.
