[DXBase] COM1 TNC (One Way Communication & DXBase lock-up)

Bob,
Sounds to me like you don't have the baud rate between the TNC and DXbase
configured correctly. The two must match. Also, the other serial port
parameters must agree with how your TNC is configured.
