[DXBase] problem with alerts

First off. I THINK if you go to User Options and choose both TNC or
Internet, you can select to Save Needed DX spots or choose DO NOT USE in the
DXInfo Options.
I THINK that you probably have it selected to Do Not Use and that's why no
spots are populating the DXInfo Window.
But I don't THINK you can have it both ways.
Get ALL SPOTS without growing your .mdb files.
But it MAY help if you lower the Max Packet Lines. But I doubt it.
