[DXBase] DXCC Awards Report Problems

When you select both "MIXED" and "20 METERS" you are selecting for two 
separate awards. If all you want is to submit for the 20 meter award, 
then uncheck the "MIXED" box, and just check the "20 METERS" box. This 
should give you what you want.
