Thanks for the many reply's.
Here is what I did.
Was using dxbase2002 and computer had a hard drive crash. Had a backup file
that I had zipped N0EA.mdb log files on. I bought dxbase2003 and need to
import that file into it. I installed dxbase2003 on new computer running
WindowsXP(old computer was on WIN98SE). I have an empty data base on
dxbase2003 named N0EA.mdb and unzipped the Dxbase2002 file to a folder on
my hard drive and went and open up the dxbase2003 import and tried to
import that file.that is when I get the error meesage. I have gotten the
old computer up and running and installed dxbase2002 on it and got that
data base running again from the same backup file. Don't know what is going
on here. I hope I have told you enough of what I have done. What am I doing
wrong?
BTW,
The old computer is still running WIN98SE.
Thanks,
Wayne
