[DXBase] QSL info, Can this be done??

OH OH! Yes, I see that he wants a selection like:
QSL sent < date rather than
QSL send > date
This never occurred to me, and probably not to Jack either....this would
have to be added to the next release!
So Jack..how about it...and while you are at it I would suggest making the
default for 'Exclude QSL via = NONE' to be 'unchecked'. This trips me up
all the time!
