Hello,
I'm now in the progress of reading the helpfiles on how to QSL.
thanks to some replies and reading some help docs I now found my way to =
print my qsl labels but :
1) on all my labels there is a 'via' word on it all the time (no qls =
manager known).
2) the routing is still hard to understand for me therefore some =
additional questions pop up here :
a) if I work a dx and the station tells me f.e. his qsl manager is K4RR, =
can I just fill it in in the qsl info window (in the manager cell) and =
click the 'save' button so the manager is linked to that callsign ?
b) how about the routing, do I have to click the pulldown menu in the =
'qsl via' cell in the main log window ?
c) when I move the log line for pending status by clicking the icon, is =
all above then correctly pending ?
d) I understand the way the program handles the different numbers for =
'groups' so when I like to print out the managers via bureau togheter =
with the bureau call labels, my guess they have the same group number, =
right ?
e) the program seems to have a build in database with managers and =
adresses + link table. Do I have to put in new received info here or is =
this done via the qsl info window ? And are there updates availble from =
time to time ?
f) I receive SWL reports from time to time, can I print out a return qsl =
label for these stations to confirm their SWL report ?
The program seems to have very high standard features for sending and =
managing QSL. This is great but a lot is to learn to fully understand =
the QSL proces.
I'm using the program for almost a week now, and it seems to have a lot =
of nice features.
Sometimes it's a little hard to switch after using another piece of =
software for a longer period of time.
So it takes some time to get into things, but I like to learn, for me =
this is the first program that seems to handle most of things.
