[DXBase] Two Telnet windows?

Since I never use CW, I implemented Brendan's suggestion to disable DriverX
last night and my power options all came back. I'm a happy camper!

I love those functions in N1MM (I got spoiled by them in CQWW), but I
prefer the real-time award tracking and supplemental logging information
that I can get with DX Base. CommCat is a "full-feature" logger that offers
bandmaps and spot displays, but I don't think it's anywhere near as robust
as DX Base. I'm playing with its demo now but I don't think there's any way
I'll switch. At least not yet.
