[DXBase] How to tell DXbase that 7Z1AC is now OK for DXCC by ARRL

Hi Ron and Al for your expert help.
I found the valid column and checked both mixed and mode and now it works OK.
I wonder how DXbase knew that 7Z1AC was not valid at the time they shipped DXbase 2003???
Any idea?
