[DXBase] Selection Wizard - same Manager

OK, I think I have it figured out, and I think it is a bug. I created a new
database. Entered a qso with a guy that has EA7FTR as manager. (My manager
database is apparently separate from qso database, cuz mapping still
existed.) Selection wizard does not find the qso by manager=EA7FTR.
However, in the QSL Info window I do a 'Save' and add an address record to
DXBase manager address database for EA7FTR. Now Selection Wizard finds the
QSO.
I have been normally not adding an address, just a mapping, for MGR-BURO
type qsos. These are apparently not findable by selection wizard.
Make sense?
