[DXBase] telnet to W9NIU problems

Bill,
My "guess" is that the two clusters require different login sequence. Maybe
one needs a pwd and the other doesn't or something like that. In DXbase
user options, it looks for the value of the prompt, then sends the
associated value, then looks for the next prompt ( if one is present ) then
sends the associated value, etc...
