[DXBase] M calls

Folks,
From the looks of things, there does not appear to be any simple alias
mapping that could be used. Therefore, it seems that full callsign maps are
the best bet. If anyone works any of these special calls, we would
appreciate an email with the call and correct country so we can add it to
our master callsign database.
