[DXBase] Telnet

I'm connected to W9NIU right now.
You are aware that they discontinued the old Pavilion software node and have
started a new node running CLX.
It has a different IP address.
And I bet that is the problem as they stated that they would close the old
node a month after starting the new which would be right about now.
So here is the address.
niudxc.ilcar.net:41112
Yes that is the port they use and must be added to the address.
You can use the Modify Host feature in the File menu to add this address.
