[DXBase] Hamscope works with DXBase

Thanks for the comments.
I figured I had the Rig Control options goofed up.
As for the cw & ptt lines issue.
As I use DXBase for cw, I haven't tried that.
On my XP Pro system, Com 1 is used for cw, ptt and fsk, via a
2n2222/resistor combo on each of the lines.
The ptt line goes to the ptt jacks on my MP, cw to the cw jack and obviously
FSK goes to the 'shift' pin on the Din plug.
I found that HamScope could be on and set to the PSK mode and I could change
the MP to cw and it worked properly.
To go back to PSK, all I had to do was hit the Packet button on the MP.
I would be suspicious that both DXB and Hamscope can not control the MP at
the same time but maybe....
As for with program starts whom.
I have DXB on all the time and call HamScope from the Programs Menu only
when I need PSK or RTTY.
Doubt I would need it the other way around.
