[DXBase] DXCC Prefix Callsign Mapping Problem

Yes Bill, we have begged for this kind of info in the past but rarely do we
get any. If no one tells about old callsigns that may be ambiguous, we'll
never know to add them. So, for all, please tell us about this kind of
thing in direct email.
