Ray,
Take a look in the help file under Awards, DXCC, Award Overview process.
Also look at the help file section logging and review the field descriptions
particularly the one called Select and the one called Award. This should
give you enough insight to see how it all fits together. I think the answer
to your question is Yes. After having an award submission created, I
personally would allow DXbase to now mark them as credited and also clear
the Selection field. this way unless the League rejects some card, your
database is in DXbase is current. If something is rejected, you can always
go change the Award field for that QSO to show that is not credited.
