[DXBase] Disk space usage

The only file you need to compact or backup (for this compacting action)
is your log file (usually callsign.mdb) file that you are going to compact.
I only
compact mine about once a year or when I notice that it is getting large
again.
The only difference in performance that I have seen is that DXBase loads and
shuts down faster after compacting the database.
