[DXBase] KH6GMP/KH3 misclassification

I also populate from the cdrom and I get the correct results.
Logs says its Johnston IS.
Summary window indicates Johnston.
Qsl info shows a California address.
I did a search of my prefix, alias, databases and find no prior instance of
the call
and no mapping to KH3 as Johnston other than what should be there.
