Alf...yes you are right. That is exactly what is happening.
I think this is thus an error in DXBase2003 because I would guess that Jack
would rather generate the prefix data himself, where the user would have
control over it via the Country Prefix DataBase, rather than rely upon what
might be on a CD-ROM.
