[DXBase] CW Keying

There is a technique for 'registering' the drivers.
But I forgot it....drat.
Maybe someone on the reflector knows how.
I remember you go to 'Run' and maybe the command was register Driverx.sys
but I think you had to tell it where the drivers were.
