[DXBase] Changes needed for K1B to show as Baker Is and NOT USA ???

Wonder why they were assigned that callsign. In any case, I would only add
a full callsign map and leave the prefix alias mapping alone.
Tools/Database Access/Countries then select call map tab and add the call
mapped to the Baker prefix.
