[DXBase] Office XP conflict with DXB?

I have Office XP and would like to install on the same computer as DXB.
Any chance that the updated version of Access will cause any problems with
my log files???
And yes to all. multiple backups on different machines, cd roms and to a web
backup service.
I guess you could say I'm Anal Plus when it comes to backups...
