[DXBase] DXCC field check question

I just knew it!!!
The question was about FIELD CHECKING not sending cards to ARRL HQ
If you have cards FIELD CHECKED you MUST fill in the rear of the form, or
else you WILL get the lot sent back with no action!
The only way to get the CORRECT answer the original question is to enquire of
the DXCC desk as I wrote to Courtney earlier. Facts not folklore PLEASE!
Personally I always like to see a printed list than someones handwritten one!
