Hi -- Anybody know what's going on with Dieter DJ2EH? I'm trying to get QSLs for his C21DL ops earlier this year. He emailed me several months ago stating I was in his log for 2 QSOs and that his records showed my QSL was answered. I never got it. I sent him a second QSL + $$$ in October, and no QSL yet and he doesn't answer emails. 73 Mark K3MSB
