[DX] VP6DIA - 40/80M Window

This is very true. In the ARRL DX contest, I was
working Japan on 40 meters about 2 hours after sunrise
here, and was still copying RA0CG. I first had the
RA0 in here on 40 at 2am local time, and he was a true
S7-must have been around his sunset time. 
Grayline propagation can be alot of fun if done right.
