[DX] Looking for Help with Some Prefixes

Hi,
I have three QSL cards and am trying to decide the correct prefixes for 
these contacts. The important thing are the QSO dates:
FO0EXV/A Jun-89 The card says Australes Group, but because the QSO was 
in 1989, should I log it under FO (as opposed to FO/A)?
FK5C Feb-93. The card says Chesterfield Islands. The same question as 
above applies -- should it really be logged as FK versus FK/C?
FL5/XE1L (Mayreau Isl) Dec-90. The logging program says F, but the photo 
looks far more exotic, like perhaps one of the French Pacific 
posessions. Anyone further info on this?
