Lets really muddy these waters up. My only contact with them, on 30M, was confirmed on LOTW *and* I submitted it as a band entity counter for DXCC and it was accepted for credit in late December 2018.
It still counts as of today. Though I bet if the ARRL does a audit and cleans this up, I will lose that credit for 30m. That happened to a 9Q station several years ago and I lost a 10m contact with them after I submitted its LOTW confirmation.
