Hi everyone, I worked 3A/IK4FXX on 8/18 on 40m cw. He was giving I1YRL as a QSL manager. A couple of posts on the web indicated a pirate. I sent I1YRL an email over a week ago inquiring whether he was the manager and have had no response. Does anyone have any other information on 3A/IK4FXX? Thanks, Scott AA5AM
