Hi Steve,
I manage the A, R, and X cards at the W5 bureau. In the past several weeks
of sorting and stuffing, I have seen cards for all 50 states and
territories come through.
Of my own personal W1AW cards, I am missing about 5 cards.
I have not received anything for Utah and of the remainder are either the
first week or second week of operation for the other States.
