problem is travel from yv land . they can not get dollars to travel and even very hard to find on the black market 
it is due to the political situation

your card is here at my qth . there has not been any human mule to carry the cards to yv in over a hear 

I have several hundred cards to get the manager to be answered 

I have many emails for ops requesting status and it is the same answer to all . as soon as the manager 

advises me of someone traveling to Miami I will get them the cards
