[Dx-qsl] Mount Athos SV/A

Some thing need to be clear. I don't know if SV1RP had any kind of 
license but it is sure that he had not the right one: a license from the 
Holy Council. This is what ARRL asks and what Mount Athos asks from 
radio operators who want to operate from there. I don't like the fact 
that you speak against Monk Apollo (who is the only one on the air from 
there) but not against SV1RP who operated without the right license (or 
any license?) fooling the world ham radio community...
By the way there are more than 10 monks who are ham radio operators, but 
for several reasons they don't operate.
