5 years to renovate??? This is rarer than most of the islands any more. It 
should be a 6 meter, and/or multi band expedition base to give ALL countries 
access. Let me go there...I'll camp out on the roof...or is this a 
"controlled" environment by someone or a group of DX control gurus ??? It 
should be on at least as much as the Vatican and SMOM.
Who's the keeper of the keys?? Lets find out why...
