Subject: [Dx-qsl] Remote station time-share for only 30ドル/mo!
Given the changes in the rules regarding the DXCC awards program, I've decided to turn my station into a "*remote station
time-share*" (RSTS).
While other services will force you to buy an Elecraft K3 (or rent you the
head-end) and ask you to pay about 3,000ドル per year, my offering will be about 30ドル per month and will not require hardware on your
end. All you'll need is *Ham Radio Deluxe* and the free TeamViewer. Subscribers will have access to specific slots of time to use
my station when I'm at work or otherwise not home.
You'll be logging to a web-based database running MySQL... so you'll never lose a log and can have access to it when you're not
connected to the "RSTS".
I think you'll enjoy jumping into pileups with my Yaesu FTdx5000MP and OCF Windom at 25' (my HOA doesn't know it's there). (In case
you think the station is lame, I'm 1 country away from DXCC Honor Roll and have 1,500 Challenge credits. If you happen to work one
of the 10 I have left on my station, and since DXCC is no longer a reflection of "individual achievement" as the last version of the
rules stated, then heck... toss my call out there for me.)
>>>Rule 11 of the revised DXCC awards says
"... it is never OK for you to ask someone else at another station in another place to make QSOs for you."

>>>And the revised rules still say "Individual achievement is measured by working and confirming the various entities comprising the
DXCC List. This is the essence of the DXCC program."
