[Dx-qsl] WHY?

Give me a break Al. At 44 wpm a large percentage of ops are not going to
hear their call the first time and I did not even counter in the QRM on
the DX station's frequency. A guy can copy well at 25-30 and you want
him to practice more so he can copy a station one time at 44wpm? I am
all for increasing one's speed but not for this singular purpose. I'm done.
