It is [probably the idea that cw is better used where signals aren't as
strong. Get through better. 10/15/20 are where most newbies and phone ops
hang out. When you have limited facilities and operators, you have to make
compromises. So work them on 3 bands on ssb, 2 on cw. gives you 5 bands
and 2 modes. this whole idea of having to work a station on all bands on
all modes started with the clublog leader boards. personally. I only need
Cocos on 6m and that will be the only band you'll hear me working them and
any mode will do just fine.
