[Dx-qsl] LOTW Backlog / Slow down

Maybe just a coincidence but:
I use the ARRL's email reflector service and whenever LOTW gets bogged down 
my reflected emails seem to slow down as well. I know because I have a few 
places which know me by both my direct email address and also the ARRL 
reflector address and they send out simultaneous emails to both.
So recently with LOTW chewing away on all those big logs with dupes my 
"reflectorized" emails are arriving anywhere from 2 to 3 hours later than 
the direct ones.
Anyone else see similar?
