[Dx-qsl] DX SUMMIT

I would suggest HELPFUL observations, comments and suggestions be sent to the Summit owners.  Nothing works perfectly in the first few days/weeks/months.  I'm quite sure they would love  to hear  from you.

Summit spots are much slower, sometimes up to 2 minutes slower than 
VE7CC. Additionally, certain spots that appear on the VE7CC cluster do
