[Dx-qsl] DX SUMMIT

Looks like the VE7CC cluster is overloaded by too much web traffic! That 
speaks volumes over how well the new Summit site is being accepted. 
I've been using the F5LEN site at http://cluster.f5len.org/ which is 
reminiscent of the original Summit site.
