Is the error occurring when you submit QSOs to LoTW (typically referred to as "uploading"), or when you download information about
confirmations from LoTW?
If it's occurring while uploading, what version of TQSL are you using?
If it's occurring while downloading, what application are you using to download the confirmations from LoTW?

I don't know what version of Tqsl you are using but the latest version 2.0.3 fixes that error;

Notice the second line down in version 2.0.2 at the above link.
I had no issues yesterday. Hope this helps.
