Z68BH, Kosovo is not submittable for credit as yet???
and... I received via the bureau a qsl from DL2EW for a Nov 16, 1969 qso.
I think this was Germany Deleted Code 81
But I did not ever submit a card for Code 81 for 10 meter SSB.
Can I still submit, just to fill that vacant slot?
I tip my hat to those who know the DXCC rules, I sure can't keep track. :-((
