[Dx-qsl] W1AW/p QSL's via LoTW

This has been the issue with these W1AW operations.. an occasional NIL is
possible but so many and after hours of trying to get into the log and find
yourself not in it is very dissapointing. When I saw this trend I began
working W1AW stations twice.. problem solved..
