[Dx-qsl] Still Another Pay As You Go Operation

***I did not Ron. A little confused on the matter. In the referenced 
Ohio Penn DX Special Bulletin it makes mention of a current Aland Island 
Dxpedition being available
via this method and that is live. Perhaps you can shed more light on the 
subject for clarification.
