[Dx-qsl] Still Another Pay As You Go Operation

I suppose really, if you were in a nusing home or in some kind of old
peoples complex or sheltered accomodation or whatever you call it in
your part of the world, perhaps amateur radio is not an option - no
antennas allowed or restrictions in using ham radio equipment from within.
Perhaps some people might still have the bug of ham radio and this is
their own option to stay connected.
Sure its not ham radio as we know it, but for those who have lost the
ability through being in restricted accomodation, it might
still be better than nothing.
I'm sure that those of us who are still able to erect antennas and have
a transceiver in our home will continue to
play radio as we have always done.
