[Dx-qsl] GREEEN STAMP COLLECTORS?

I received last week two qsl card from Vlad (for SU and ANT) plus FOUR qsl
cards for another local and nearby ham. My brother also received qsl card
from Vlad also with cards to others hams. Now I have EIGHT qsl cards to
deliver!
I wonder who can have your QSL?

EA2EEK - sent me email nov 16 saying didnt send enough $$. sent 2nd request
with with enough to fedex it nov 17th. going on month now. he refuses to
answer my e-mails to address he used to contact me.
UA4WHX - know Vlad has backlog but geez sent oqrs dec13/jan14 same day
worked 4 new ones from CE. all summer long and as recently as 2 weeks ago
see on reflector and dx bulletins cards rcvd for same islands I worked. he
sent several e-mails saying 2 weeks. well its been like
2 weeks x 5...now he wont answer me at all.
PJ7PK been told all are out going on 2 weeks now. are they? still waiting.
